What do you need from me?

How fast?

Is virtual staging allowed in listings?
Yes — as long as it’s disclosed, which we handle. Every image is labeled “virtually staged” and paired with your originals, consistent with NAR guidance and state rules such as CA AB 723.
What if I want a change?
We fix any defects free — off scale, artifacts, or furnishings that don’t match your order. A different room type, style, or furnishings than you ordered is a new staging at standard rates. In short: defects are on us; changes of mind are billable.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Pay per listing, or take a monthly plan and cancel anytime.
Do you do furnished or occupied units?
Our focus is staging empty rooms. We also offer virtual decluttering to clear a cluttered space.
