What do you need from me?
Clear photos of the empty room — straight-on, well-lit, landscape shots (phone photos are acceptable), plus the property address, and about ten minutes.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 24 hours (next business day), and you’ll see your order’s estimated delivery time (Pacific) on the order page before you pay. Need it sooner? A 12-hour Leasing Rush is available for $28 per listing, on request — we confirm it with you rather than promising it automatically. Orders of 5 or more listings are quoted at up to 48 hours.
Is virtual staging allowed in listings?
Yes — as long as it’s disclosed, which we handle. Every image is labeled “virtually staged,” paired with your unaltered originals, and shipped with a one-page disclosure guide telling you exactly what to put in the listing. That labeling is what protects you if a tenant later says the unit wasn’t as advertised, and it keeps your advertising clear of deceptive-advertising exposure.
What if I want a change?
Every order includes one free revision round for technical defects — furniture at the wrong scale, warped perspective, visual artifacts, or furnishings that don’t match what you ordered — requested within 7 days of delivery. A different room, a different style, or different furnishings than you ordered is a new staging at standard rates. In short: one round of defect fixes is on us; changes of mind are billable. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Choose pay-per-listing, or opt for a membership (monthly or annual plan) and cancel at any time.
Do you do furnished or occupied units?
Our focus is staging empty rooms. We also offer virtual decluttering to clear a cluttered space.
