This Privacy Policy ("Policy") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Scenely Studio ("Scenely," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Dawn Feng, governing the collection, utilization, and disclosure of information through your access to scenelystudio.com (the "Site") and the virtual staging services (the "Services") provided therein. By accessing the Site or utilizing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information Provided by the User
- Identification and Business Data: including, but not limited to, name, electronic mail address, telephone number, and corporate or business designation.
- Order Specifications: property location details, room classifications, aesthetic preferences, and other data submitted pursuant to an order.
- Property Imagery: photographic representations of units or rooms uploaded for processing.
- Communications: correspondence, support inquiries, and feedback transmitted to Scenely.
- Financial Data: payment transactions are processed by a third-party processor (e.g., Stripe) which collects instrument details. Scenely shall not store full card numbers; our access is limited to truncated data, card classification, and transaction status.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage and Device Data: automatically collected via cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), including IP address, browser specifications, page interactions, referring URLs, and temporal data.
Marketing
Should the User elect to subscribe to marketing communications, Scenely shall utilize the provided email address for the dissemination of updates and promotional materials. The User retains the right to rescind such authorization at any time.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provision, delivery, and optimization of the Services, including the digital enhancement of User-submitted photos.
- Processing of financial transactions and issuance of fiscal documentation.
- Communication regarding order fulfillment, technical support, and service amendments.
- Transmitting marketing communications where permissible by law, subject to User opt-out.
- Ensuring platform security, fraud mitigation, and adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
3. How We Handle Your Property Photos
- Scenely utilizes User-submitted property photos exclusively for the production of staged deliverables and the fulfillment of orders.
- Processing may be facilitated by third-party AI technologies and service providers governed by strict confidentiality obligations.
- Scenely hereby warrants that it does not sell User photos, nor are such photos utilized to train third-party AI models beyond the scope necessary for order completion.
- Retention: Scenely shall retain order data for a period of twelve (12) months to facilitate revisions and archival records, after which such data shall be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.
4. How We Share Information
Scenely shall not sell personal information to third parties. Disclosure is limited to:
- Authorized Service Providers: including payment processors, AI technology platforms, cloud storage infrastructure, and analytics providers operating under Scenely's direction.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: as required by law or in response to valid legal processes, or to safeguard the rights and property of Scenely.
- Corporate Transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Scenely utilizes cookies and analogous technologies to evaluate Site performance and facilitate improvements. The User may manage cookie preferences via browser settings; however, certain Site functionalities may be impaired. Scenely does not currently acknowledge browser-based "Do Not Track" signals.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Pursuant to applicable jurisdictional laws, the User may possess rights regarding the access, rectification, erasure, or portability of personal data. To exercise such rights, inquiries shall be directed to hello@scenelystudio.com.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know and access the personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request. The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 1.

Scenely employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect User information. Notwithstanding these measures, no electronic transmission or storage method is infallible, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Data Retention
Personal information shall be retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth herein, comply with legal mandates, resolve disputes, and enforce contractual agreements.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for professional use and are not directed toward individuals under sixteen (16) years of age. Scenely does not knowingly solicit or collect data from minors.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external third-party sites not under the control of Scenely. Scenely assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices of such third parties.
11. International Users
Scenely is headquartered in the United States. Users accessing the Services from international jurisdictions hereby acknowledge and consent to the processing of their information within the United States.
12. Changes to This Policy
Scenely reserves the right to amend this Policy periodically. Material modifications shall be notified via the Site, and the "Last updated" date shall be revised accordingly.
